Questions,
answered plainly.
01Can I buy more than one ticket?+
Not for the same draw. You can choose several different dates, but you get one entry in each.
02How much does it cost?+
Each draw costs £1. Seven dates cost £7.
03Is Auto Entry always £30?+
No. It costs £1 per daily draw, so a full month costs £28–£31. If you start mid-month, you only pay for the remaining draws.
04Can I cancel online?+
Yes. Cancellation stops the next monthly payment. Entries already paid for stay valid through the last covered draw, which is shown in your account.
05What if a monthly payment fails?+
No entries are created for that month. You can update your payment method in your account.
06How does free postal entry work?+
One letter can cover up to 31 available draws. Each accepted postal entry has the same chance as a paid entry and never renews.
07How is the pot calculated?+
50p from each paid entry goes into the pot. We may also add a top-up. The amount shown is the current pot.
08How is the winner chosen?+
We lock the final entry list, then Random.org chooses one winner. If the response is unclear, we pause and review it instead of drawing again.
09What details do I need?+
You need a verified email and mobile number, your legal name, date of birth and a Great Britain address. Winners may need extra checks.
10Is paid entry live?+
Not yet. It will stay off until payment-provider approval, UK legal and accounting reviews, and final operating checks are complete.
