Daily draw version · Last updated 01/08/2026
1. What we collect
We collect your account details, legal name, date of birth, Great Britain address, contact details, entries, payments, Auto Entry choices and postal requests. We also keep draw, prize and security records. We never store your full card number or CVV.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to keep each draw to one entry per person, take payments, process post, choose and contact winners, pay prizes, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax duties. Marketing is optional.
3. Identity checks
Most entrants do not need to upload identity documents. We may ask for more evidence from winners, duplicate accounts or where age, address or payment details need checking.
4. Other companies we use
We use companies for hosting, email, mobile checks, bot protection, analytics, payments and Random.org. Payment pages handle your card details. DailyPot keeps only the references needed to track payments and refunds.
5. Public results
Results may show a partly hidden winning code, entry counts, a SHA-256 fingerprint, the Random.org record and prize status. We do not publish names, addresses, contact details or bank details.
6. Keeping data safe
Passwords are hashed and private credentials stay on the server. We keep draw and payment records for as long as the law or audit rules require. Access to bank and postal details is restricted.
7. Your choices and rights
You can cancel Auto Entry, pause, self-exclude for six months, close your participation account and opt out of marketing. UK data-protection law may also give you rights to access, correct, move, object to or delete your data, although some financial and draw records must be kept.
8. Contact
For privacy requests or complaints contact support@dailypot.co.uk.
