Terms and conditions
Draft daily draw version · Last updated 01/08/2026
1. Who can enter
The promoter is DailyPot. You must be 18 or over and live in Great Britain. You must give accurate identity and contact details. You can have one entry in each draw, no matter how you enter.
2. Daily draws
Each draw shows its date, entry deadlines, draw time and current pot. Draws normally take place at 8pm London time. We may pause or delay a draw if something needs checking.
3. Paying for a draw
Each selected draw costs £1. You may choose several different dates at once. Your entry is confirmed only after payment is confirmed. You cannot buy extra entries for the same draw.
4. Auto Entry
Auto Entry costs £1 per daily draw and is paid monthly. A full month costs £28–£31. Start now covers the draws left this month. Start next month costs £0 today. We show the dates and charges before you agree.
5. Cancelling and failed payments
You can cancel online before the next charge. Entries already paid for stay valid. A failed payment creates no entries for the unpaid period. If a payment result is unclear, we check it before trying again.
6. Entering free by post
Send one letter to [POSTAL ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED]. Include your legal name, date of birth, email, mobile number, Great Britain address, eligibility statement and up to 31 available draw IDs or dates. It must arrive by each postal deadline. Late entries are not moved to another draw. Postal entry does not renew and has the same chance as paid entry.
7. The pot
50p from each confirmed £1 paid entry goes into that draw’s pot. The other 50p is the business share before tax and costs. We may add a promoter top-up. The current pot is shown before the draw and locked when entry closes.
8. Choosing a winner
We remove duplicate or ineligible entries, lock the final list and record its SHA-256 fingerprint. Random.org chooses one winner. If its response is unclear, we stop for a manual review instead of drawing again. Public results do not include personal details.
9. Winner checks and payment
Before paying a prize, we check the winner’s identity, age, Great Britain address and bank-account ownership. We also check that they are not connected to the promoter in a prohibited way. The final reviewed terms will explain what happens if a winner does not respond or pass the checks.
10. Privacy and support
Read our privacy policy. For questions or complaints, email support@dailypot.co.uk or contact support through your account.
